Natalia Davies, Manufacturing Environmental Officer & Greenhub Business Manager at LUSH
Natalia has been with Lush Cosmetics since she left school. Half of her lifetime later, many roles and development opportunities later she is now the lead in the recycling centres relocation project, whilst ensuring compliance and environmental initiatives are carried out to all teams in their manufacturing side of the business. Natalia will be covering: GreenHub relocation project, closed loops and why our packaging matters. Tailormade donations and community support.
Cadi Pink, Supply Chain Impact Project Manager at LUSH
Cadi has worked at Lush for 11 years following on from studying MSc in Sustainable Development and Climate Change at Exeter University. She focuses on supply chain impact, which includes preventing deforestation, pesticide use reductions, enhancing biodiversity, carbon emissions reduction through land use etc. Cadi will be covering: Insetting vs Offsetting, Land Based Impact in Supply Chain, Packaging
Jack Gale, Utilities Lead at LUSH
Jack has been responsible for Lush UK&I energy, water and efficiency projects for over 8 years.
Emissions reporting and net zero are the current priorities, for that reason they're developing a strategy for the UK and Global markets. Jack will be covering: UK&I energy consumption, emissions and our net zero journey
Vincenzo Gallone, FMCG Specialist Adviser at DIT Midlands
Vincenzo is responsible for the Non Food FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) sector across the Midlands region and is based at the Birmingham office.
He has over 16 years of International experience having worked in several categories across the FMCG sector, Mass Market as well as Organic and Natural sectors.
Ian Stevens, Clean Growth Adviser at DIT Midlands
Ian is the Clean Growth Adviser for the Midlands. He is utilising his wealth of experience in delivering the clean growth agenda and maximising the economic value that the shift to a net zero economy can deliver for the Midlands region, alongside delivering on the UK’s ambitious domestic and international climate ambitions.
