  • you experience ups and downs in developing your startup
  • you worry about the impact on your mental health

A large number of entrepreneurs find the process of establishing a startup extraordinarily difficult. The startup rollercoaster sooner or later takes its toll in emotional or mental terms.

In this webinar, we will share some of the techniques experienced entrepreneurs use to avoid depression, anxiety and general stress.

A better understanding of how to deal with the stresses that can accompany starting your own business.

This session is led by Constantina Katsari, a tech entrepreneur who has already set-up several start-ups. Currently lending CUE Business Solutions her entrepreneurial skills to aid new start-ups in the Coventry and Warwickshire region. She is particularly interested in start-ups who want to increase their market traction and raise funding.
