With an impressive list of International businesses choosing to make Warwickshire based Tournament Fields their UK home, its developers are delighted to announce that New Zealand based security giant – Gallagher will be relocating to the popular business park.

Gallagher, a New Zealand based high profile security product and service organisation, operating across 160 countries worldwide have chosen a ‘built to suit’ unit at Tournament Fields.

Having exchanged contracts for the multi-million-pound freehold unit on Wednesday 5th August, Gallagher will be making their brand-new premises at Tournament Fields their UK & European HQ.

Sackville Developments (Warwick) LTD, part of Clowes Developments secured planning consent for the new 24,000 sq ft unit during the height of the COVID-19 lockdown period for a hybrid two story building with additional planning permission to extend the unit by a further 10,000 sq ft in the future.

The deal marks the sixth international organisation to make the move to the successful business park.

Developer, Paul Shanley explains why Tournament Fields is a popular spot for the International market:

Tournament Fields is a thriving business park located adjacent to Junction 15 of the M40 motorway, south west of Warwick town centre. The park benefits from direct access to the Midlands motorway network and excellent transport links to Warwick and the surrounding areas, which makes efficient business logistics a seamless process.

As experienced national developers, we have an eye for identifying strategically located business parks opportunities which tick the boxes for our target market. We ensure that we listen to the requirements of our clients, and with an impressive track record of over delivering on our promises, our clients are confident in our ability to, in the words of our founder, ‘do a proper job’!

Gallagher will be joining international organisations such as Semcon, Eagle Burgmann, Geberit, GFA, 3P Innovation and Scholastic, who have all moved to the park in recent years.

We’re confident that Gallagher will feel at home here at Tournament Fields.

Benniman are the design and build contractor appointed for the project, and will begin works at site in September 2002 with a client handover expected in Summer 2021.
