Three New Appointments Made at CWLEP Growth Hub

An organisation which helps businesses across Coventry and Warwickshire access the right support to help them grow has made a hat-trick of new appointments.

The Coventry and Warwickshire Local Enterprise Partnership (CWLEP) Growth Hub has bolstered its team with the addition of Helen Morgan-Parra, Jim Clark and Martin Nwangwa.

Helen has been named Business Development & Marketing Manager, having spent nearly 10 years as Commercial Manager for Leicestershire hotel and conference venue, Catthorpe Manor.

Jim, who has 30 years' experience at senior management level, joins as Account Manager, having most recently spent two-and-a-half years as Commercial Director at Birmingham-based Faber Design & Architecture.

Martin, whose previous role was Business Development Manager at Information Technology & Services company Shape Systems Ltd, has been appointed Business Advisor and Account Manager.

The CWLEP Growth Hub is a one-stop shop for all business needs, offering a range of free services including mentoring, financial advice, growth planning and networking opportunities.

Since its launched in 2014, it has helped more than 3,000 businesses in Coventry and Warwickshire become more efficient, move into bigger premises or increase competitiveness.

Craig added: “The CWLEP Growth Hub has contributed to the creation of more than 5,000 jobs and has added over £190 million in gross value since we launched in 2014.

“I am confident that Helen, Jim and Martin will play an important part in the continuing development of the organisation.”
