Spread goodwill and wellbeing to your colleagues over Christmas and beyond

Christmas is typically a time which can have both a positive and negative impact on mental health and wellbeing for employees. Increased pressures, stress and expectations can affect wellbeing. Come along to our Christmas Showcase event and find out how Thrive at Work and This is Me can help support staff health and happiness long after the tinsel is taken down.

Thrive at Work is an industry leading, holistic health and wellbeing accreditation award for companies in the West Midlands. Free toolkits, accreditation and awards are available for businesses, which have been developed in partnership with leading academics and healthcare professionals, by West Midlands Combined Authority.

We will also share insights on This is Me, a pioneering mental health campaign, developed by the Lord Mayor’s Appeal in London. This is Me aims to reduce the stigma around mental health in the workplace through sharing personal stories.

Suitable for:

Employees interested in launching or developing workplace wellbeing initiatives

Health and wellbeing champions
