Who are these sessions suitable for?
This session is part of our Digital skills programme which is open to all Warwickshire retailers with premises on the high-street such as (but not restricted to) fashion and accessory stores, florists, butchers, electricals, cafés.
Please note, unfortunately this programme cannot support standalone retailers outside the town centre or on business parks at this point in time. A full list of all eligible town centers can be found at bit.ly/digitaltowns.

Session 1 | Using Instagram and Facebook to drive sales in your retail store.
Wednesday 29th January 2020 - 9:30am-1:00pm
This course will teach you how to use social media to talk directly with your customers, build a local relationship and drive traffic to your store.
- Know your customer – what platform is right for them?
- How to write a killer profile about your retail business
- How to use social media to increase footfall
- How to avoid the hard sell and create posts that will entertain and excite your customer
- Why you should be using Instagram hashtags
- How to use Instagram/Facebook stories to build trust, entertain and show your expertise
- Boost your business through local collaboration
- How to find and work with influencers
- Creating targeted adverts
Session 2 | Experiential Retail and practical ways to create a buzz about your retail business
Wednesday 12th February 2020 - 9:30am-1:00pm
Physical stores have turned to “experiential retail” as a way of attracting customers back in store following the rise of online shopping. During this workshop we explore how to give customers a reason to visit.
This course will look at a mix of exclusive in store marketing opportunities, ideas for maximising your businesses exposure during local events and how to use digital tools to better connect with customers.

- Creative ways to tap into local events
- How you can use storytelling to grow your business
- How to get customers to do your marketing for you

Session 3 | What's next in store for your retail business
Wednesday 25th March 2020 - 9:30am-1:00pm
A follow on course to review how retailers are progressing towards their objectives.

- Goal setting

The local car park is the John Barford Multi Storey Car Park which is only a 2 minute walk away from Oxygen Graphics, the prices are as followed:

Oxygen Graphics is just a 5 minute walk from Rugby town centre,
Rugby Railway Station is just fifteen minute walk or a short taxi-ride away. Regional and national rail services provide direct links to Birmingham, Coventry, London, Northampton, Stafford, the north and Scotland. Most cross-country services accessible via a single change at Birmingham New Street.
