In this two-part webinar we will look at practical ways to develop your marketing activity as international business resumes post-lockdown. We will examine how you can evaluate, adapt or create relevant marketing strategies to meet changed market environments around the world (including the UK), and then plan and initiate appropriate marketing communications to maximise your sales opportunities. In this first session we focused on strategy, looking at understanding marketing processes, creating optimal positioning and identifying primary and secondary audiences - recognising that these could well have changed post-lockdown.
In this session, building on the content of the first, we will look at marketing communications, reaching your audiences with the right message and taking on board individual situations in countries across the globe. The webinar will conclude with a summary of what a good marketing plan should include and some tips on how to draw one up.
This webinar is aimed at any individuals with a role in creating or delivering export marketing activities, and will be suitable for both product and service exporters. There will be relevant case study examples, and participants will have the opportunity to submit questions during the event.
