Teams that are confident, productive, innovative and engaged can increase the overall effectiveness of your organisation by 100%! This session will give hints and tips on how to engage with your teams more effectively which will ultimately improve your company's effectiveness.

The event is aimed at anyone who works in a team or has responsibility for a team.  You will gain ideas and techniques on how to improve your team's performance.  

The event will look at the psychology of teams, how they work together, what barriers can be found in teams and how to remove them. There will be some practical activities and some theories on how to make improvements.

8:35am – 8:45am – Evaluate Your Team – Is your team performing as well as it could?
8:45am – 9:05am – The Stages of Team Development – At what stage is your team?
9:05am – 9:25am – Understanding Team Roles – Who’s who in your team and what role do they play?
9:25am – 9:45am – The Hive Mindset – Do your team members think as one?
9:45am – 10am – Bringing Everyone Together/Summary
