Can payroll saving schemes with credit unions help employers get their workforces regularly savings and build financial wellbeing?

This important webinar brings together experts on financial wellbeing and human resources to launch the ‘Getting Workforces Saving: Payroll Schemes with Credit Unions’ research undertaken by the Financial Inclusion Centre and funded by the Money and Pensions Service.

The national event will outline the findings of this study with two large employers Leeds City Council and NHS York, evidencing the benefits of payroll deduction as a mechanism for encouraging staff to save regularly and foster positive behaviours that increases financial resilience and can help protect against financial shocks.
