This event will incorporate the Business and Law Enterprise Clicni (BUSLEC) where students develop their practice legal skills through offering guidance on commercial matters to aspiring entrepreneurs, charities and social enterprises in the Coventry area. 

Session 1 (10:00 - 12:30) Centred on issues small businesses may encounter and pointers to look at.

1) Where is the business plan?: The roadmap to success!
2) Cash is King! - Why understanding your businesses cash flow is important?
3) Understanding Cloud Accounting Software - Let them do the heavy lifting!

Shane Grimes As an educator, qualified accountant and strategic business advisor, Shane has had the pleasure of training and advising small businesses over the years. These are some of the common issues seen and how to avoid them:

The event is aimed at start-ups, smaller businesses and entrepreneurs that aren’t as experienced. Attendees will gain confidence in legalities of running small businesses and developing additional skills outside their basic business focus. 

There is also an afternoon session running from 13:00pm - 16:30pm, attendance is not mandatory!
