This session covers the key issues involved in developing your business plan and forecasting your financial projections for your business.


Who are these sessions suitable for?

  • Our sessions are aimed at clients who are considering starting a business or those that have been trading less than twelve months. The workshops are designed to lead on from eachother, but please feel free to book into whichever you feel are appropriate for you.

What should I bring?

  • You will need a pen and paper to take notes during the sessions

  • The Centre has visitor car parking spaces available on a first come first serve basis.
  • Nuneaton Railway Station is a 24 minute walk or a taxi-ride away. Regional and national rail services provide direct links to Birmingham, Coventry, London, Northampton, Stafford, the north and Scotland. Most cross-country services accessible via a single change at Birmingham New Street.
  • Nuneaton town centre is also a 24 minute walk away from the Business Centre.
