LOOKING FOR AEROSPACE FUNDING?
Many of you will have attended Aerospace UP Hour, a great way to hear about industry news, market insights and technologies, but did you know it offers grants to companies and so much more?
Aerospace UP is a £20m three-year project supported by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), which aims to support the aerospace supply chain in the Midlands by helping to unlock its innovation potential. The project is being delivered by the University of Nottingham and the Midlands Aerospace Alliance.
If you’re an aerospace supply chain company based in the Midlands, you could be eligible for a grant of between £1,000 and £100,000 over 18 months; fully-funded technical support packages; new technology ideas; access to expert guidance and events as well as student and graduate support opportunities. (The grants are available to SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprise) -- which could be your company or could be a company in your supply chain.)
Join this free online event to find out how to apply for a grant.
You will be able to join this virtual meeting using Microsoft Teams. You can register right up to the start of the meeting. We will then send you a link to join.
(if you don't have Teams, you don't need special software, or to download anything, you will be able to join on the web in a couple of clicks; for any issues email firstname.lastname@example.org)
Come along with your coffee! Arrive five minutes early if you can -- like a "real" meeting -- to help us start on time. In fact, feel free to join from 10:15 onwards to say hello.
You’ll be able to send us your questions and comments and network with other participants during the meeting.
We often stay behind for 15 minutes more discussion and networking, just like a normal meeting -- all are welcome!
(All that's missing is the biscuits!)
